Roger is the Legal Practitioner-Director and Principal Solicitor of Transitional Legal Pty Ltd, leading a dedicated team of professionals including experienced solicitors and
paralegals in both and Southport.

He practices in the area of Family Law, Domestic Violence and Criminal Law. Roger was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland on 6 February 2017 and is admitted to the High Court of Australia. He is committed to achieving positive outcomes for clients and has extensive advocacy experience across various legal forums in Family Law and Domestic Violence.

He often appears as Solicitor advocate having extensive experience in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Divisions 1 and 2 nationwide, where he has conducted interim hearings and trials, including Magellan and Evatt list cases, successfully representing clients with and without Counsel.
