Roger Poed is the Legal Practitioner-Director and Principal Solicitor of Transitional Legal.
With a Master of Laws from the College of Law and a Bachelor of Criminology, Roger brings both academic depth and real-world insight to complex family law and domestic violence matters. He is also an accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner, enabling him to approach high-conflict cases with both legal precision and a strong focus on resolution. Roger leads the firm with a commitment to strategic advocacy, client care, and fearless representation in the courtroom.
Louise is a dedicated Solicitor and the Practice Manager at Transitional Legal. With astrong passion for family law and estate and succession laws. She provides strategic advice and representation to clients facing a wide range of legal matters, including parenting disputes, property settlements, domestic violence matters, Wills & Succession of family and businesses after passing.
Cassi is a skilled Paralegal at Transitional Legal, known for her attention to detail and client-focused approach. She holds a Bachelor of Forensic Science with a double major in Chemistry and Molecular Biology and began her professional career as a pharmaceutical scientist. After transitioning into law, Cassi earned her Juris Doctor from Bond University and brings a diverse knowledge base to the legal field.
She supports solicitors and clients across a wide range of family law matters. Her strengths include legal research, document preparation, client communication and file management. Cassi is committed to providing empathetic and professional support, ensuring that each client’s family matter is handled with care and precision, especially during emotionally challenging times.
Hannah is an administrative assistant at Transitional Legal, where she provides essential support to the legal team and clients. With a strong background in office administration and client service, Hannah assists with document preparation, scheduling, implementing policies and procedures as well as assisting our solicitors ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. She is highly organised, detail-oriented and committed to providing compassionate and efficient support in sensitive family law matters.
Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, camping and enjoying quality time with friends and family.
